Assessment for Learning

A great deal of my assessment for all grade levels combines learner self-assessment, continuous one-on-one check-ins, and a clear line of communication and understanding between learner and education facilitator. By the end of any course, I hope to have facilitated an inquiry-based focus that allows learners a strong foundation on which they can start assessing their own learning both in and outside of the classroom.

I look up to educators such as Dylan William, Lee Watanabe Crockett, and Lisa Dickson as they investigate the methods and values of formative and summative assessment for learners for all ages and subject matters.
