Educators implement effective planning, instruction, assessment and reporting practices to create respectful, inclusive environments for student learning and development.

  • I usually show up to the school around 6:45 AM to ensure that my prep is complete and that I have workshopped any lesson that I need to. 
  • I plan my day to give me the best shot at strong mental health and balance for how I like to live my life. 
  • I am prepared for instruction and ensure that I have the best understanding that I can of materials and resources. I also develop a clear idea of what my outcomes are for the class. I am currently practicing the act of explaining the learning intentions to students so they also have long and short term goals for the class.
