- I have always and always will include Indigenous community members in my planning process. I want to work towards having Indigenous, BIPOC, and community speakers work directly with my classes as a standard practice.
- My planning and assessment is based on the First Peoples Principles of Learning. I use group, self, and individual assessments on thorough rubrics to ensure that my students are just as clear as I am about assignments.
